Does this sound like you?
That feeling of being helpless, alone in your health journey, and that you may never return to your once vibrant self? I’ve been there. After being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Raynaud's, and Lichen Sclerosus, plus leaky gut and debilitating insomnia, I was able to turn my life around by completely halting the diseases, getting off all medications, reversing the destruction, and putting the diseases into complete remission where they remain today.
How did I do this? Through determination that there was another way and from not being complacent with the answers that I was given through conventional medicine. Medications, surgeries and feeling crummy for the rest of my life? Absolutely not! Through my studies to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I learned how the body can heal itself from dysfunction. The human body wasn’t designed to have a laundry list of disorders and instead when symptoms arise we need to recognize that that’s our bodies’ way of raising a red flag that something is wrong. A good example is bloating after a meal. While this may be common, it should not happen and is a sign that something isn’t right.
After completely turning my life around after years of despair, it became my mission to let others know that they don’t have lead a life of misery and that there is another way. Nutritional therapy was my saving grace and I want to share it with each and every one of you. I’m here to help you stop letting your health conditions define you and to get you feeling your best!
Today you can find me with a giant smile on my face and a passion for working with all walks of life on their health journey in my office in Englewood, CO or with clients across the US through phone sessions. In my free time I enjoy hiking, skiing, and running through the great state of Colorado as well as cooking delicious meals with my husband.
