A second 60-minute evaluation of your health where we'll go even deeper into your concerns, check on progress made since our first visit, and further tailor your customized plan. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have.
Optional Functional Evaluation - a second 1-hour evaluation of your body’s systems to see which areas need support, as well as testing food and supplements with your body to see what works for you.
Price: $160 for 2, 60-minute sessions

Follow up sessions, 60-minutes ($80)
Educational kitchen visit (price varies by location)
1-hour visit to your kitchen to help you identify foods and cooking utensils that need to be replaced for optimal health.
RESTART Nutrition Education Classes
Join the 5-week RESTART Program to gain a solid understanding of proper nutrition, learn the building blocks for healthy meals, and be on your way to looking and feeling your best! Together we will focus on nutrition education and embark on a 21-day detox from processed foods and sugar. It’s time to stop counting calories, to ditch the diets, shakes, and bars, and focus on real food and sustainable lifestyle changes.
